Would PR pressure be more effective than shouting at their building and employers?Why not walk through the highest foot traffic areas of the city with their signs? They don't even have to shout slogans. They don't have to block traffic. Increase the # of eyes on their plight. Make themselves more difficult to target with freezing water and raw sewage. Organize a billboard in the highest vehicle trafficked area? Just spitballing.
