@ericjanusson oh, she's being doing that for over 2 years now, and files for compensation every month, which always get rejected, then files a union grievance who simply say claim it on taxes (useless twats) - then we fight with Revenue Canada every year as 'company should provide' - and spend months re-filing the compensation and rejection letters until they eventually give in
