It ended up the perfect shit storm for autistic overwhelm.
I helped best friend with overwhelming thing, beyond my capacity, and their meltdown.
Didn't get nearly enough sleep for that, nor after. Then movers trapsing through the house.
Then woken up this morning by irritated truck rental people, went back to sleep, they called again.
Then 45 mins of screechy xmas hold music.
House in total dissarray due to 1 moving in. Then cram everyone the house knows in this space full of stuff.
