Charlie Stross@mjausson "Libertarian" SF tilts strongly towards hard-SF which was traditionally the most male-dominated sector. And this is a retrospective/historical award, so leans towards older works (I'm the youngest author on the list by a very long way). Finally, libertarians are mostly male and so I believe are the LFS’s voting members.
