Trebach@scottmiller42 @stux IIRC, if it doesn't get passed into law by January 3, 2025 (when the next Congress is inaugurated), it's dead and has to be re-introduced. The fact that it hasn't even left committee and Congress is probably in recess through the end of the year means this is probably dead already
