@Terry @pepsi_man It pains me to say it but (ugh) Crenshaw isn’t wrong about the stock thing; AOC complained about something similar when she noted that congresscritters are basically forced to supplement their pay through corruption so that the system can have them over a barrel. In fairness to (ugh) Catturd though this pay hike wasn’t accompanied by other reforms to get rid of said corruption so it probably was just a money grab.
