Majority of Russians decimated in Ukraine had 100% choice of signing the contract - they may have been somewhat bullied, lured with money they’ve never seen, brainwashed, misled etc but ultimately they had a choice to sign or not to sign the contract. Hundreds of thousands of Russians still made the right choice and either fled Russia or never joined the army.

North Koreans were born in a literal concentration camp, where they were property of the state from their birth, never even had the right to leave the country, then they were traded like slaves and sent to a war for a foreign country.
