Maybe they have money to burn on surgeries. Here in England we call them 'Essex girls' because they come from around London, get big lips and fake tan, and they're usually loaded with cash.
It's a real shame how many images are edited though. Typing in 'turtleneck women' mostly yields either modeling photos for clothing sites or photoshopped images on pintrest. I thought pintrest was a woman's site? Are a bunch of lesbians using pintrest, lol?
