josh susser@mattly Wow. I haven't traveled a lot, but everywhere I go it seems other countries have very strange ideas about American cuisine. A restaurant in Zurich had a menu item Spaghetti Americaine, which was pasta with tomato sauce topped with a fried egg, a thing I've never heard of here in the States. (I did NOT try it out.)
