@rayckeith I remember Kelsey Hightower talking about how he was at a conference and later another Black man approached him and told him something like "I brought my son here to see you, to know that people like us can do this work and speak at these conferences and be listened to and respected." And as a white guy who's never had to wonder if he would be taken seriously, that hit me right between the eyes.

Representation matters.
