    @cstross so I just read this: https://www.scotland.police.uk/what-s-happening/news/2023/october/homicides-in-scotland-2022-23/ tldr Scotland has a 100% clearance rate for homicides since 2013 and is also closing some cold cases. You live there, can you comment on this? I’m especially curious about the perception of crime in light of this 100% clearance rate.
