Maybe you don't understand the accusation.
Steam is forcing devs to keep their prices the same on all platforms, so you can't sell a game for lower than steam.
lets say a game is 60$. after steam's 30% store fee, they only get 42$. On EGS, that fee is only 12%. So in theory the dev could sell the same game on EGS and get 52$ of it. Or, sell it for less and and STILL get the same amount of money.
Valve PREVENTED this by contacting developers, telling them they can't make it less on other stores, and any sale HAD to line up with steam's sale so they couldn't undercut steams (even though steam charges devs more.)
This would be like Sony or Microsoft contacting Wal-Mart because they had a lower price in Wal-Mart than on PSN or Xbox Live Store.
