@Witch_Hunter_Siegfired the problem is that "community" isn't well defined and always ends up only be nice when it can stay that way - once people disagree, it's always tears.

I would prefer to live much like people did ~150 years ago on the plains - nearest person is 20 miles, no-one is up your butt, if you want to go to town, ok takes you better part of a day, but you can get whatever you need for normal life.
