LaF0rge@drscriptt its a kluge if you have to plug adapters into adapters... become mechanically difficult to mount, etc. I'll certainly try that as a prototype. Not sure if I find the time to do a circuit board Design for an integrated adapter from #rpi5 PCIe FPC to legacy PCI slot. The bridge chips are available in quantity from stock at distributors...
