Legit_Spaghetti@kaia I like the concept, but I'd probably texture the point where you pour in the wax with ridges so that the seal kind of "grips" the shell and doesn't just slide off when you pull the two halves apart. Also needs to be placed in such a way that the wax doesn't seep through the crack between the halves and ruins the USB plug.
This is a fun design challenge!
