AnthonyJK-AdminThere is a 30 day period after the hearing where the judge can make a ruling on my appeal. If it is upheld, then I would immediately start receiving monthly disability checks, plus benefits backdated to January of 2022. A portion of that would go towards legal and processing fees and be clawed back to the insurance company which paid my long-term disability; but I would get to keep all payments backdated to January of this year. That would be...sizable.
