The kit in the middle is what you will need if you are going to disassemble the whole manifold and mess with the spider injector. And the last one would be good if you notice an oil leak coming from the valve covers as well.
Depending on the mileage, it might be a good time to replace the spider, or just leave it tf alone if it's working okay.
