@HonkHonkBoom the clawing back serves two purposes; one it punishes enemies. second it denies them an easy way to maintain their fight.

this wouldn't be something Trump himself should even be involved in. It's something the people he CHOOSES should order someone else to do.

It's a matter of both good selection on trump's part, but also just people feeling like they have the political ability to do it.
