Thus, if the judge's order was final, it can't violate the order, because that order only affected the original package. On the otherhand, if the order is injunctive — prohibits future behavior than the courts jurisdiction is continuing and changed fact or circumstances can be reasons to lift an injunction. Tl:Dr this judge doesn't know the difference between final and continuing relief.
