There was someone who worked for one of my suppliers who was actually like that, and was mercilessly mocked for it. Turned out he was a faggot with end stage GRIDS. It died a year ago. I understand the doctors expected him to die a few weeks earlier, but he was protected by that mask he dutifully wore under his nose!
