John@skinnylatte huh, I thought it was decide you don't want to be a DE, become a software engineer, join a team that has no metrics to speak of, realize that there is not and will never be sufficient DE support, begrudgingly learn a bunch of the things in that list because nobody else is and you need to actually measure things dammit, accidentally become "the data person," and finally stop resisting and accept your fate. ;-)
