Would he not simply be “allowed” to go wherever he pleases? Hospitals can’t stop him. It’s not like he is arrested to that hospital in particular. Put him in a wheelchair, toss him in the Suburban, drive him to another facility with better “elite” medical care. I’m not sure anything says you can’t. As long as his medical coverage is valid at the next place, and of course, he can survive the trip.
