For all my sport hatred I was actually rather good at hockey in school, the very odd time they managed to force me onto the pitch, but because I spent most of my time using the stick to smack the ankles of our creepy PE teacher and tripping up a girl who was a smug, sanctimonious unpleasant arse they soon put me in goal, which was no fun so I sloped off again.
