@villainousfriend I don't have an exact recipe. I usually put half chia & half milk in a container, add lots of sultanas, stir it all together, wait 5 minutes, stir it up some more & realise it needs more milk (it always needs more milk), add more milk, wait 5 minutes & stir it up again.
After about 10 or 15 minutes, the chia will have absorbed about as much milk as it's going to. Put a lid on container, put in fridge.
When you remember that it exists, probably a few hours later or the next day, scoop some into a bowl and enjoy.
Or possibly: realise that it needs even *more* milk, add more milk, then scoop some into a bowl and enjoy.
I've found it stays good for 3 or 4 days in the fridge, but have never made a batch that's lasted longer than that (because I eat it all, not because it's gone bad).
