tinydoctor@riesl I was inspired to start collaging by Suzette Haden Elgin, a linguist, poet, and science fiction writer. She came regularly to a local science fiction convention in Tulsa, where I lived at the time. She also did crafts (we have several of her dolls), and made little collage books combining text and images.
