Adrianna Tan@trochee @cstross yeah i think only the big food cos found any relevance. McDonald's for example, but their local franchise model works really well in Asia for this purpose. Taro pies, congee, red bean drinks :) actually legitimate place to eat (even with all the great food on the streets) in that specific case with fast food, even improved on the original import :)
