One thing I will say is miss me with "neoliberalism is not fascism" debates because even though I could argue the point with you about why they're so similar, we're past that.

Doing genocides? Is fascism. Empowering a violent, racialized police state? Is fascism. Hunting down and building a vast prison arpeggio for migrants? Is fascism. Doing capitalism on a boiling planet when you KNOW it'll kill billions? Is fascism.

A fascist, is someone who does fascism. Both parties ran on doing fascism.
