Doug Cutting@weekend_editor @larsbrinkhoff @amszmidt @shapr I had a Dorado as my desktop for a while and it was reliable enough. I remember once it crashed and someone had to reseat the boards in the backplane and it was good to go again! Larry @masinter has a Mastodon account but doesn't look like he's active here. Interlisp-D was an acquired taste for sure. The development environment, once you got to know it, was perhaps the best I ever used. Watching Larry code was like watching a juggler ride a bike with 8 balls in the air while giddily describing his route.
