But there isn't a proper transaction setup in place, because the establishment has worked to ensure that doesn't happen - because it is a loss of power for them.

as far as an epstein tape, either there isn't one, or the fear that it would open up a massive problem for a ton of powerful people has kept them from using it. If the latter, then it actually is very weak blackmail.
