But there isn't a proper transaction setup in place, because the establishment has worked to ensure that doesn't happen - because it is a loss of power for them.
   
   as far as an epstein tape, either there isn't one, or the fear that it would open up a massive problem for a ton of powerful people has kept them from using it. If the latter, then it actually is very weak blackmail.

     It seems unlikely that money on that scale would be unable to procure it. Epstein didn't run a tight operation ( hence how he died )
