Intent. "Just asking questions" tends to be a baited bad faith argument. Instead of asking questions to understand the topic and seek to provide constructive criticism, they ask leading questions based on their conceptions, deceptively worded to trap the responder with answers that sound bad without context.
As for sarcasm and facetious comments, those can go either way. You can satirize something and show how to improve it, or you can just dunk on it ad nauseam.
Admittedly that's not a super clear cut metric, but you can suss out most of it with critical thought.
