That it doesn't sound like the Ukrainian people are all collectively deciding to hate communism and the Soviet Union, and my evidence is the anti-communism laws in their country, which must mean that there are people there that don't hate the Soviet Union and communism. Otherwise, who do the laws exist for? 1/2
