Daniel Demmel@aral somewhat relatedly I low key hate that closing the laptop keeps a bunch of things going like wifi and bluetooth and I couldn't find how to disable that. I guess powering the USB port can be useful if you want to use the (closed) laptop as a very expensive power bank for your phone? Wouldn't Mac OS know if there's something charging from the USB hub or if it's safe to suspend its power draw though?
