    @doctorsex @transgrammaractivist @udongle @JuicyGothMommyFeet yes - if you are spending money on buyback that in general means that you don't have anything better to spend it on. Which can be because you are stagnant.

    this is an example - 4 billion - you'd think they could spend that on capex, so what is the purpose?
