- fry onions and celery in olive oil
- add crushed tomatoes with spices (including garlic)
- add bell pepper
- simmer for like 15 minutes
- add cooked beans
- serve over rice
And yeah its a winner. I don't even know what to call it, but it makes a great hot cheap meal-prep lunch.
