Rich Felker@susankayequinn That's a real possibility given the breakdown of rule of law, but it is unconstitutional. These people will not have been convicted of crimes. They're theoretically awaiting trial for immigration violations which are not crimes (and most importantly, were not crimes at time committed, see: ex post facto) and thereby the slavery exception doesn't apply to them.
