THE COURT: Because I think -- what I am understanding from Twitter is that -- I am not a Twitter user; most judges are not.The connector notifications tab -- I am not exactly sure what that is. But I do understand lists ofTwitter used who have favorited or re-tweeted tweets posted by the account.As I understand what Twitter is saying, that is just a mass of data that is not segregated or segregable by date frame -- by a time frame.
