As I understand what Twitter is saying, that is just a mass of data that is not segregated or segregable by date frame -- by a time frame. And so I think that they are having trouble figuring out how to do that.

Slightly more sympathy for twitter, but still their fault for not clearing it up before they were in a sanctions hearing front of a federal judge… who is not a twitter user but appears to recognize when the parties are talking past each other
