@djsumdog the meme/fetish answer is "yes", but the moral answer is "no". we see this in places like pakistan, where bricklayers are essentially sold into slavery due to their debts. when a person becomes your property, you can alter the terms of the deal at any time, because they're not in a position to argue otherwise. i don't think there's any way to justify it
