Rayne is really cute as a girl@Jason_Dodd that's why you get Hoopla through your library, not just the service by itself, so it's free. But yeah, Hoopla is a bit limited in movie selection, but it's great for audiobooks. Kanopy is much better for films.
Pluto and Tubi and shit like that has ads, so they're effectively not free. Which is a fine option I guess if being annoyed with ads are more comfortable to you than pirating.
