edd@tek Funnily enough, after biking around so much I do frequently go a little under the speed limit on a lot of surface streets because at 25 mph I'm already going nearly 2x as fast as normal. But when available I stick to the right lane and when not available, well it's probably a residential road that folks should slow down so kids can play in the road like god fucking intended.
