@david things called motorized wheelbarrows are pretty common on the rural mountain roads¹ where my father lives, to carry all kinds of materials in places where it's hard to drive even a small vehicle, so maybe it's in that general sense of the wheelbarrow term?

¹ as in “something a bit wider than a hiking path, with a surface covered with a mix of flat stones, dirt and grass that can only be considered “smooth” in that it doesn't have actual steps”
