Embed Notice

@raffaele I'm struggling with this. I want to avoid link rot but at the same time I don't want to feel responsible for incoming links from orgs who should have known better (at a minimum use https://archive-it.org/ if you can't manage your outgoing links and embeds properly).

A static archive https://tinysubversions.com/twitter-archive/make-your-own/ can work for me if people remember me and can find my website or if the individual post get indexed by search engines. For conversations we never had good options...
