And yeah I noticed that when I started actually studying up on nutrition. There ARE all sorts of problems with our food industry, but at the end of the day just stop eating like a pig and unless you've got a major hormonal imbalance you'll lose weight.
And the options that aren't ultra-processed are still here, it's not hard to shop for real food.
Carnivore and keto bros will claim you need to only eat butter, cheese, and steak and anything else is poison, but that doesn't explain that one tribe that ate almost nothing but sweet potatoes and was fucking jacked and lived until the age of 100.
Ultimately just stop eating junk every day. I know people who eat fast food three meals a day, and even managing their caloric intake their insides are a fucking mess because of what they're eating.
