@kilostere I'm a choco addict too. I solved this by getting those dark choco squares that are only 60 cals a pop and don't have much sugar. I think it's like 75% choco.
And yeah I noticed that when I started actually studying up on nutrition. There ARE all sorts of problems with our food industry, but at the end of the day just stop eating like a pig and unless you've got a major hormonal imbalance you'll lose weight.
And the options that aren't ultra-processed are still here, it's not hard to shop for real food.
Carnivore and keto bros will claim you need to only eat butter, cheese, and steak and anything else is poison, but that doesn't explain that one tribe that ate almost nothing but sweet potatoes and was fucking jacked and lived until the age of 100.
Ultimately just stop eating junk every day. I know people who eat fast food three meals a day, and even managing their caloric intake their insides are a fucking mess because of what they're eating.

@kilostere I just like food in general. The key to my diet has been to mostly just cut down on how MUCH I eat and change a few things here and there, like getting more fat and a little less carbs.
Honestly if it wasn't such a big health issue I would just spend the rest of my life eating as much as I wanted, but unfortunately we do not have the metabolism of a gorilla.

i mostly eat rice, chicken, pasta, and beans for meals because i am cheap and lazy :vivlos_stare_3:
i am also addicted to chocolate, the only thing ive been addicted to, if not for the price dissuading me it'd be over :tanya_ehh:

@kilostere Carbs aren't evil per say, but you sure as fuck shouldn't be eating as many as they're telling you to, and carb loading for workouts is a bad idea since they don't last as long as fat for the energy you need.
