☭ 𝗖 𝗔 𝗧 ☭The meme is visually showing the difference between the two mainstream parties (Republicans and Democrats, but the emphasis is more on Democrats in the meme) and left-wing alternatives (Communists and Anarchists) as they pertain to their treatment of transgender people. That's why the Republicans and Democrats are on the same side, or at least that's what I infered from the meme.
