Protest marches and demonstrations have been increasingly less effective since the 60s, because TPTB figured out how to ignore/defang them. And *now* you’re likely to be met with brutality, imprisoned, or (as TFG would like) shot.

Make sure putting yourself at risk is for things that count and in ways that count.
