Not really. Orange Stalin and Vance are louder in their support of Likud fascism than Biden/ Harris, but I don't remember the latter having policy to stop sending weapons to the IDF, let alone doing anything about their ongoing genocide in Gaza, or even the full boots-on-the-ground invasions of their neighbours.
