Sort of but not really, anyway ppl with a tiny ownership interest that know nothing about how the business actually works shouldn't be held liable for what the corporation does. I think its good poor ppl can invest and grow their wealth with a company even if its just relatively little. You're literally worried about laws that prevent them doing evil things, thats what you should be concerned with big companies are complicated tbh
