I'll tell you why I don't think anything (and def not the judicial) can save us:
1) he has immunity. All powerful
2) he will change the very system that he deems has failed him in order to never have to run and be beat again. So if anyone thinks we're voting anything out in 28, I'd rethink that idea.
3) we don't even have Congress. I'm making stuff up but he could totally make a 'new rule' that Senators and Reps also can stay as long as they want I mean why not?
